I love Draco Malfoy because he’s a bit of an enigma. You don’t really know what he’s thinking or what his motivations are at times. His actions are contradictory: most of the time he is awful but he does the right thing when it really counts. He is not the death eater he was raised to be, nor is he good. He belongs to neither side. He is simply human. He is afraid, he makes mistakes, and is under immense pressure. Does he ever wish he lead a different life? Does he regret any choices he made? It’s really up to you to interpret his character and that’s what I love most.
